Lisa O'neil
My name is Lisa and I’m the General Manager here at Arbour Court Care Home.
I have worked for the NHS and Care Home sector for almost 12 years as a Registered General Nurse, Nurse Manager, Deputy Manager and Clinical Lead.
The Care Home sector for me is the most rewarding and satisfying and I feel it’s where I belong and thebe.
I appreciate being a part of the dementia journey not only caring for the residents but also getting to know the families, working alongside the staff to make a positive difference to people’s lives and ensuring that those live as comfortable as possible within our home.
I am fortunate and enthusiastic to be the General Manager at Arbour Court, I look forward to welcoming you to our home.
