Anthony Butler
Hello. I'm Anthony, and I am the General Manager here at Lydfords. Myself and my wonderful team look forward to welcoming you into our home.
I started working for Barchester Healthcare in January 2012 as a Healthcare assistant before becoming a senior carer after my level 2 VQ, then I became a Team Leader after my level 3 VQ.
I joined the Operational team in 2017 as an Operational Trainer teaching subjects such as Induction, Safeguarding, Moving & Handling, BLS, EFAW, and then became a Senior operational trainer in 2022 supporting the regional/Divisional team in coaching/mentoring new ops trainers and support development and innovations of the DLP and other programmes.
My passion is to support our residents and staff to provide the best quality care and I am very much hands on Manager.
Lydfords has a great team that I love supporting and I strive for the best for us all to further develop outstanding care in the home, ensuring our residents receive the best care possible.
My Door is always open, please pop in and say hi!
