Ashfields Care Home offers high quality residential dementia care in a distinctive 'home away from home' environment. Our expert Memory Lane provides supportive care for people living with dementia and related challenges with memory. Our dedicated and experienced team is passionate about providing quality 24 hour residential care that affords the best possible alternative to those who are no longer able to manage at home. We empower our residents to regain independence, choice and freedom in their lives in a safe and comfortable setting. We also offer respite care and short stays, which you can now pre-book up to a year in advance.

Our dedicated team is experienced in responding to the challenges that dementia presents at every stage of the journey.

Nita Pulmones
My name is Nita Pulmones. I am the General Manager at Ashfields Care Home. I look forward to welcoming you into our home.
I have 28 years of experience in healthcare, starting from working as a Rural Health midwife in the Philippines to being hired by Barchester Health Care in 2003. Since then, I have worked in various care homes and nursing homes in Norwich in various roles, leading to my current role.
My passion and priority is our residents' medical needs and well-being. It is an honour to ensure each individual is treated with respect and dignity and is a pleasure to work closely with wonderful staff who deliver high-quality care for our residents.
