Herne Place Care Home in Herne Bay
Herne Place, our stunning new care home in Herne Bay has been specifically designed with residents in mind, and provides residential care, and care for individuals living with dementia in a dedicated environment.
Our home offers 24-hour residential care and support for older people in a warm, welcoming and friendly environment. Our team of qualified and dedicated staff attend to residents’ individual needs with professionalism and a caring attitude.
Dementia Care
We also provide specialist support for individuals living with dementia in our bespoke Memory Lane Community, where care is focused on independence, dignity and choice, with a person centred approach. We have also invested in a 'Magic Table' for our home, an interactive light projector designed to support people living with dementia through mentally and physically stimulating games.

Hello. My name's Sarah and I am the General Manager here at Herne Place. I look forward to welcoming you into our home!
I am a registered nurse with over 25 years experience in a variety of specialisms but for the past 14 years, I have specialised in Frailty and dementia care. This is where my passion lies. I love seeing my residents smile and giving them the best life as we continue to make memories with them and their families.
When I am not with my work family I love to go shopping, watch various sports and walk my mini dachshund.
