Rose Water Place Care Home in Maidstone
Rose Water Place is a brand new purpose-built care home in Maidstone that provides excellent 24-hour residential care in a warm and friendly environment, as well as caring for those living with dementia. Alongside long-term care, we also offer short-term breaks for respite and intermediate care. Our experienced and dedicated team are ready to deliver exceptional standards of compassionate care, which focusses on the individual needs of each resident.
The home features a wide range of facilities including a café serving tea, coffee and homemade cakes, and a sensory lounge with terrace access. With all Barchester homes, there is a full and varied schedule of virtual and live activities each and every day which residents are welcome to get involved in as much or as little as they wish.
Dementia Care at Rose Water Place
For those living with dementia, there is a dedicated area called Memory Lane which offers high quality care and thoughtful touches to help make life easier. For example features include a Magic Table – this is an interactive light projector that was originally developed in The Netherlands. It's a specialist piece of technology designed to support residents living with dementia.
Care is focused on independence, dignity and choice, with a person-centred approach. Staffing levels reflect the needs of residents, and people living with dementia will be offered a range of activities to help preserve life skills, support interactions and retain a sense of purpose and selfhood. Meals are freshly prepared on-site by trained chefs, who will offer a range of nutritious and tasty food, catering for special dietary requirements when needed.

Hadrian Rodriguez
My name is Hadrian, and I am the General Manager at Rose Water Place. Welcome to our website!
I am extremely passionate about the care we provide to our residents here at Rose Water Place, as well as their loved ones. Our team delivers dedicated person-centred care within a luxury environment, and ensure that every opportunity to “Celebrate and Enrich Life” is taken with both hands here.
From our personalised life enrichment, to restaurant-style dining, we are here to meet our residents’ every need.
I am a dedicated registered adult nurse with experience in a variety of settings in Barchester Healthcare and the NHS. I have followed my heart into Care Homes after caring for my grandmother with Parkinson’s Disease and Dementia many years ago. These experiences have allowed me to grow into a leader of our community dedicated to provide person-centred care and living to ensure that quality is always the priority.
I look forward to welcoming you to our Home for a cup of tea and a slice of homemade cake!
